How it Works

Checkout

At checkout, you will be prompted to put in the details of your event and credit card information to generate a quote and put a hold on your order. Don’t worry items can be added or changed up to 48 hours before your event, based on availability.

Rental Agreement

After checkout, you will be required to sign our electronic rental agreement form, which lists all of our companies policies. You can view the form here.

Check your Email

Everything you need to know about your order will be emailed over to you. This includes a copy of your invoice and instructions on how to prepare for your order.

Phone Call

We will be reaching out to you between 4-6 days before your event to schedule a delivery time window and to go over your order, including any last minute changes.

Prepare for Delivery

In general, delivery will be 1-2 days before your event, however this does depend on the nature of your order. Our truck will notify you when it is on its way via text message.
